I am Eugenio, the manager. I have done my post-graduate in management and auditing. Since 2006 I have been managing the family business.
It was built in 1959 by Mr. Albano Armando. Passed from father to son Antonio and, from son to me.
Through passion and dedication, we strive to uphold the family tradition that represents Solaris.
The guesthouse, located on the first floor above the restaurant, is 30 meters from the clear sea of Torre Lapillo.

The restaurant offers to its customers sea food, shellfish and traditional dishes of "Salento".
The strength of our cooking is the freshness of produce, which are cooked to order.
Our dishes are mussel spaghetti, seafood linguine, seafood risotto, homemade pasta with tomato and a typical sheep and goats cheese. We serve delicious pizzas, cooked in a wood oven.
The bar is bright and spacious and has a terrace where you can chill out or drink an Italian coffee, a cappuccino, soft and alcoholic drinks and homemade icecreams. Here you can taste "Salentin" coffee with Italian coffee and almond milk on the rocks.
